Guadalupe Martinez is originally from Chihuahua, Chih. Mexico. She graduated from the Institute for Computational Studies. She is now Co-Founder of La Piñata del Aprendizaje, graduated from Denver Community College where she studied early education, receiving the Early Childhood Director and Group Leader certificates.
She has 16 years of experience in the area of early education and has worked as a coordinator in ECE groups for 5 years and 6 years as a Facilitator for parent and child programs in Westwood, Montbello, Thornton and Northeast Denver. . For her it is a pleasure to work with the community in early education programs where each of them highlights the opportunity to grow and improve education in children and knowledge as parents and caregivers.
Besides volunteer time she likes community service, which is why she has trained as a leader, taking workshops, courses, and programs, where she has found value in the importance of creating leadership for the well-being of families.
Guadalupe is passionate about education her work is based on keeping the day strategies and resources for parents and children based on their needs.
She works on the development of the La Piñata Del Aprendizaje program, highlighting the importance of education,stressing the need to create systems and methods for parents and caregivers.
She enjoys playing the guitar and spending quality time with her family. She has been married for 31 years, 4 children and 3 grandchildren, 3 of her children have been able to have a university degree and the youngest is at Regis University, which makes her very proud and that is why she fights for parents to of family be the best promoters of their children to become leaders and professionals in their community.
